My dad was released from the hospital yesterday. Even though an overnight stay turned into a week-long stint, we feel grateful that he was able to go home when he was. The day before, it looked like he might be in for a few more days, but at the last minute his lung started showing the improvement the doctors needed to see before sending him home. Yay!
My mom went to Utah Monday to check out residential programs for my little brother. He is currently undergoing short-term inpatient evaluation near where they live.

That is good news. I've been thinking of your family often.
I am so glad he is home and on the mend.
If you are considering Utah I may have some insight on some of the RTC's (Residential Treatment Center) so please don't hesitate to call.
